Reduce risk. Storm Safe. It has to be.

Sovereign capability and supply-chain control:

Onshore design and manufacturing eliminates exposure to offshore substitution, shipping delays, and quality variance. Our onshore manufacturing pathways ensure continuity of supply, and schedule certainty.

Engineered to meet insurer and lender expectations:

In high-wind regions and on Important Buildings, insurer acceptance, not capex, is the gating factor for approval. Storm Safe systems are engineered and certified to meet insurer and lender expectations, reducing approval friction and delay risk.

Logistics are a material cost driver, so we’ve designed for efficient transport and deployment:

Pre-assembled, heavy or highly integrated systems increase transport complexity, handling risk, and mobilisation costs in remote locations. Additionally, systems that use concrete foundations are expensive to move to remote locations. Storm Safe’s kit-of-parts, approach enables efficient transport, on-site assembly, and flexible staging - materially reducing logistics risk and schedule sensitivity. Storm Safe also does not use concrete.

Local labour, local delivery:

Onsite installation model creates local jobs, reduces fly-in crews, and improves schedule certainty in constrained regions.

Lower downside risk in remote locations:

Remote sites amplify the cost of failure. Remediation, access, and downtime quickly dominate outcomes. Storm Safe’s cyclone-rated designs eliminate key failure point and reduces maintenance complexity, materially limiting downside exposure.

Long-life infrastructure improves returns:

Designed for multi-decade service life, Storm Safe framing enables panel repowering without structural replacement. This extends cash-flow duration and lifts long-term asset value, even where initial yields are conservative.

Quality matters - we know what’s in our metals:

Many suppliers of solar racking have designed their systems to be as lightweight and as cheap as possible - a race to the bottom. That includes using lower-grade aluminium and steel products to lower the cost of goods. This is important to note because mixed metals introduce risk. Oxidisation and corrosion are killers of solar systems and once exposed to the elements or corroded to each other, entire systems are at risk. Storm Safe uses 6106 Temper 6 aluminium & 316 and 304 stainless steel, making it both construction grade and marine grade.
